The Fiduciary Commons legislative trilogy assigns different work to three coordinated model acts. PDTA governs the legal and fiduciary relationship. VIDA governs identity and related digital architecture. GAAFA governs AI, algorithmic inference, automated decision systems, agents, provenance, and computational informational power.
The acts are designed for state and local implementation. They should be read together, adapted through a controlled jurisdictional process, and connected to procurement, conformance, remedies, and institutional responsibility.
